Founding Partner
The Firm’s Founding Partner is George C. Nograles, a 1979 Ateneo Law School graduate, who has practiced in the field of Labor and Labor Relations since 1980.
Senior Partner
Atty. Soledad F. Nograles is a Senior Partner of the Firm. She is a certified Chemical Engineer, a 1981 Ateneo Law graduate, a bar topnotcher of the 1982 Bar Exams, and a Bar Examiner in Labor in 2013.

Clarence Rommel C. Nanquil is a 2005 Ateneo Law graduate, and the former Executive Editor and Lead Editor of the Ateneo de Manila Law Journal. He has successfully handled numerous complicated labor issues at all levels, from the Labor Arbiter, all the way to the Supreme Court, as well as Labor Relations matters, including CBA negotiations.
Senior Partner
Joannes Vinarao-Pilapil is a partner of the Firm who specializes in dispute resolution, particularly negotiation, mediation and commercial arbitration. She is an LLB degree holder from the University of the Philippines College of Law. She later obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, where she was granted a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and later conferred a Cardozo Service and Achievement Award. She is a mediator of the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR), Department of Justice and the National Center for Mediation (NCM). She had worked for eight (8) years as a Court Attorney at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, which accounts for her extensive juristic exposure and expertise.

Amanda Marie F. Nograles graduated from the Ateneo Law School, with second honors, in 2011. She worked at Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc and de los Angeles for six years where she honed her practice in securities and corporate law. In 2024, she obtained her Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) from the National Defense College of the Philippines, while being the current Undersecretary for the Department of Trade and Industry.
Junior Partner
Atty. Kristina De Guzman-Alinao is a junior partner of the Firm who has represented clients in illegal and constructive dismissal cases and other cases involving labor standards and labor relations. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010 and obtained her LLB degree from the Far Eastern University Institute of Law.
